This sizeable vintage lamp is by Mangani, Italy. The lamp is made of a faux marble travertine on a black square base. It also has areas of "faux chips" that enhances its vintage look. A pull chain operates the 2 bulbs with options to have one or both turned on. The lamp is 41.5" H and its base is 9.5" x 9.5". The black base that supports the lamp measures 11" x 11". Hallmarked- Mangani - porcellane d'arte, Italy. A lampshade is not included. Tested & in working condition. Please view all photos for more details. Since the 19th century, in Florence, the Mangani family has been sculpting and passing down their knowledge from father to son. In 1958, Alfiero Mangani opened a workshop where he restored porcelain, along with his sons. The small workshop attracted the interest of Tiffany, whose buyers noticed the exquisite quality of a porcelain demi-cup made by Ivan. They started a collaboration that lasted decades and lead to the creation of superb objects and lamps. Now, the new generation continues the family tradition of creating unique pieces of timeless allure and great quality.
