Two vibrant glossy watercolor prints of botanical works by Dutch painter and art teacher Anneke Tigchelaar (1953 -), attractively displayed in matching veneer frames. One abstract realism print of stark marsh reeds carries the artist's printed name in the lower right above cream matting, while the other print of mixed tropical foliage has her pencilled signature on the white matting below. Each frame measures 14" W x 18" H x 3/4" D, with an 8" x 10.5" image area. After art college, Tigchelaar moved to Amsterdam to pursue a career in advertising and eventually relocated to Naples, Florida, the inspiration for many of her colorful nature studies.
