This oval cameo features a hand-carved, right facing female with upswept hair and a turned up nose. A dove is at her shoulder. She is all beige-tone, with a very translucent dark salmon background. An engraved signature may appear on the front, and the piece is signed on the back. The curved oval carving is set in a narrow 14K yellow gold frame which has both a pin w/ lock and and a hinged bail, which allows the piece to be a brooch or pendant, respectively. Stamped "14K  Italy" and "561 NA". Very good vintage condition. Please see all photos for additional details. Dimensions: 1-1/2" l x 1-1/8" wide. Wt: 5.6 g. Chain not included.
