This pendant is a large round cabochon-cut amber stone set in a sterling mount. The stone is a mix of translucent deep gold to light yellow hues, and is set in a simple sterling setting that has a 3-bead piece at the bottom. A tiny round silver bead is embedded in the stone. The silver bail is stamped "925". The polished stone is 1.75" D  and 1/2" thick and the pendant weighs 35.4 g. This piece is in very good condition - there are some superficial cracks consistent with age.
