Antique shell cameo featuring a relief carved cameo depicting the side profile bust of a young woman with flowers in her hair framed in 14k yellow gold. The pin is straight on the back & the pendant loop is on a hinge which can retract behind the cameo when wearing it as a brooch. Hallmarked "k14". Measures: 1.5" L x 1 1/4" wide.
