This vintage Chinese sewing basket has a tightly woven design. The cover is embellished with tassels, a rose colored ring and Asian coins. The basket measures 8" D x 3" H. It could be used for sewing items or for other collectibles or jewelry. The rectangular purse has rose colored tassels dropping on both sides from round tortoise shell handles. This slim purse is woven wicker covered in fabric with deep burgundy, blue and sand pattern of figures and flowers. Inside the purse is another woven slim purse. This purse measures 9.5" x 6.5".  Both of these vintage Asian items are in very good vintage condition. Please view all photos for more details.
