The 1.5" Zebra Mat is popular among professional MMA and combat sports training centers as it provides protection from falls or throws. Each mat is firm enough to stand on yet provides cushioning for gymnastics or exercise moves as well. Also included is an X-Large balance pad from Airex. Great for developing core strength, balance, and coordination through a range of workouts, the balance pad is unique for its proprietary super-soft foam construction, which creates a flat but unbalanced surface. Mat and pad are in good vintage condition, with some light staining as shown in photos. Measurements: Mat 2 m x 1 m (1.5" H x 78.75"W x 39.375"D), Pad 2.5"H x 15"D x 38"W
