Status: Sold

Large vintage Asian black lacquered planter with striking abalone inlay designs on each side, and two decorative handles. A painted galvanized tin holder lines the inside to hold the soil and plant. The planter has some dings, chips and missing abalone pieces consistent with age and use, and a square appears to have been cut out of the bottom outer layer, though the inner layer is intact. Please see all photos for further detail. External measurements are 12"H x 15.5"square, internal liner is 6"H x 11"square.
